The Story
Jari has been on a transformative journey for almost a decade now and keeps learning more about how the 6 elements of the deep health impact our well-being.
His journey transitioned from a destructive lifestyle to one focused on healing. With several certifications in Nutrition, Physical training, NASM and Functional Patterns, his focus is on improving posture, living pain free and bringing more awareness to our deep health.
Jari believes that Functional Patterns is not just a physical training method; it's a holistic approach to understanding our own bodies and utilizing them in the most optimal way possible. At its core, Functional Patterns serves as the foundation to health, addressing not only physical imbalances but also the emotional and psychological factors that contribute to overall well-being.
Everyone has their own unique experiences and has undergone various traumas and emotions, many of which manifest in the body as pain, tension, poor posture, and other injuries and diseases. Jari recognizes the importance of personal dedication to each client, acknowledging that their individual journey and background will dictate the best approach and training program.
